Our mission
The challenges we place on each mentee prepare them for the digital economy, AI comprehension, and the responsibilities of entrepreneurship.
We serve teens ages 12–19, adults seeking new careers, and underserved communities across Charlotte and the surrounding areas. Through mentorship, hands-on training, and real partnerships with schools, businesses, and local government, every mentee gets a pathway to financial independence and long-term success.

Step-by-step guidance on business planning, marketing, and launching a small business — from idea to first customer.
Mentorship & Coaching
Every mentee is paired with a mentor working in technology or business, because nobody builds a future alone.

Collaborative events where mentees apply new skills, build networks, and show Charlotte what they can do.
